Vagina Confessionals

Because sometimes we're too afraid to ask.

Anonymous asked: I saw a previous poster describe their long labial. I also have labia as long as she does and my confession is I have fun with them. I can tie them in a knot. I know that I am really in a good, comfortable place with a lover if I can be goofy and show them my "trick".

Anonymous asked: To the 6-month-period-anon: Especially if it has a bad smell, you definitely need to go to the doctor. I have extremely irregular periods (sometimes I won't have one for months, but then sometimes I'll have them on and off like that anon described) but no matter how odd or heavy or light or sporadic or constant they are, they never smell like anything other than just blood. A bad smell could be an indication of some sort of infection; she should definitely see a doctor.

Anonymous asked: do you answer all your submissions?

No. I only answer the ones that are either questions or if I am concerned.

Anonymous asked: I always quef during sex. My ex didn't mind and we usually just acted like it didn't happen and kept going but now I'm single and i would die if it happened in front of anyone else. Stupid embarrassing vagina

Queefing is actually very normal. It’s just what happens when air goes into your vagina :]

Anonymous asked: I hate my vagina and uterus. I've had an off and on period for almost 6 months now. It makes being intimate impossible. Period blood and period discharge have a very not so great smell especially after 6 months. I'd love to be having sex. I'm young. Im single. But I'm so embarassed.

Have you considered seeing a doctor? There could be something wrong and they might be able to help you regulate your period.

Anonymous asked: No matter what anyone says, your vagina is never the same after child birth. Ill admit that the sex was actually 100x's more enjoyable but, my cervix is now tilted and sex can be painful at times. And my clitoris has become over sensitive so now it hurts to touch it. But if I don't touch that or he doesn't thrust to hard it's all good, but I really like it rough. And now I can't enjoy it

Just out of curiosity, have you spoken to your GYN about this? I know plenty of people who have had children that still enjoy sex just as much as they did before they gave birth.

Anonymous asked: I feel like no one will ever have sex with me because my clitoris is sorta big, and my hair is all dark and coarse. Plus it's all gross after I work out. It makes me upset because I really want to have sex with a girl.

Anonymous asked: I often get a lot of vaginal discharge. It's healthy, no infections, but it causes my to use pantiliners almost daily or else it'll get on my underwear (and yes, I do wear cotton; no synthetics) and make it gross. Is there anyway to reduce the amount of discharge my body makes?

I honestly do not know. I spoke to my doctor about this and she told me that some women are just more prone to discharge. She also told me that diet can affect it too. For example, I am a vegetarian and she tells me vegetarian diets also increase the chance of discharge. If I get any replies in my inbox, I’ll reblog them your way. ;]

Anonymous asked: My inner labia stretched out are about 2/3 the size of my pointer finger and I hate it. I just want to cut them off and have normal tiny bottlecap sized labia

It’s alright to have larger labia - there actually isn’t a ‘normal’ sized labia. :] All vaginas are different! There are more combinations of shapes and sizes than you can imagine!!

Anonymous asked: to the after birth pain anon, talk to your gyno about vulvodynia! i thought i had it because sex was so painful but hadnt been prior, so i went to the gyno and she mentioned this (it turned out i had overactive yeast and had to go on a diflucan regime). but pretty much its pain in your vuvla for no apparent reason, like the nerves are overreacting.
